Workshop papers are preferred to be submitted through individual entrance in each workshop webpage. If you intend to submit workshop paper through this entrance, please specify in manuscript which workshop you are submitting to.
Following the well-established tradition of the PSIVT conferences, articles should be prepared in English according to the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science guidelines and templates.
All submissions will be handled electronically via the conference's submission site.
PSIVT2019 review is a double-blind process, i.e. authors do not know the names of the reviewers of their papers and reviewers do not know the names of the authors. Authors are advised not to reveal their identity in the paper, especially when self-citing your previous work and your experimental data. A paper failing to observe the double-blind policy will be rejected without a review.
Authors can submit at the same time (by the deadline of the conference) a paper both to the main conference and to ONE workshop of choice. If accepted to both events (e.g, poster at main conference and oral at the selected workshop), authors choose according to their preference. Also, authors having submitted a manuscript to the main conference, and this is rejected, may use received comments to improve their manuscript and submit the revised manuscript to ONE workshop by the workshop's deadline.
Papers should be submitted in camera-ready format. Papers must comply with the PSIVT2019 proceedings style (i.e., LNCS format), and have a maximum length of 14 pages. Papers exceed 14 pages will be rejected prior to being reviewed. No "squeezing" of text or figures is allowed. If the spaces between figures and text is too narrow or the required font is not used, the files will be properly formatted and resulting extra pages will be charged.
Should you need any information, or in case of any question or problem concerning the submission process, please do not hesitate to contact the PSIVT 2019 organizers by e-mail to PSIVT2019@163.com
